Bags and Mobile

This latest update includes many minor changes across the board. But the big items are a new guide to getting bags, which is especially significant with the inventory restrictions on Free and Silver players; and an update to better support mobile devices - the text size should now be visible without lots of zooming and scrolling, without impacting desktop browser users.
