Updating Mines of Gloomingdeep

The Gloomingdeep guide has been carefully revised once more. There are many changes, mostly minor, to catch up with the reality of the zone and some small changes introduced by SOE.

In addition, I have also started to add some screenshots, starting in Gloomingdeep.
