Mobile Channels for HPC

Another new release from Microsoft if Mobile Channels for HPC. The psPC version of CE includes Mobile Channels as its idiosyncratic version of Pocket Internet Explorer, which has also appeared on the HPC Pro systems; this implementation is now available for HPC devices as well.

This comes in two parts: a Mobile Channels viewer for the HPC, and a Mobile Channels Wizard that can be run on a PC connected to an HPC in order to create channels. The main limitation on this Wizard is that you can't create auto-update channels.
