Clear Palm Case

Last August about 50 clear cases for the Palm III were made available, and they created quite a storm before they were all snapped up. Since then PilotGear (http://www.pilotgear.com) had a batch made up for sale, which I believe have all now gone. However, at the Palm Developers Conference, as well as the usual collection of T shirts, press releases and tote bags, Palm Computing gave away a free clear case to all attendees. This is a complete replacement case, including flip up cover, battery compartment cover, but not stylus. General reaction to the case has been extremely excited. It reveals the memory card slot on the back of the Palm III, which is completely hidden by the normal case, unlike older models, and I took the opportunity to upgrade mine to use the TRG (http://www.trgnet.com) 8 Mb RAM SuperPilot card. This fits all old Pilot, PalmPilot and Palm III models, and now ships with PalmOS 3 pre-installed in the 4 Mb of flash RAM.
